the mod cant detected either vox populi or canton pirates
I cant use it

The mod does not identify the canton pirates mod and vox populi any more, i'm completely barred from using the mod :(

This crashes for me on turn 84 or so. It only happens if I have the Canton Pirates enabled. Any idea why?

Blender and such. It's a much annoyance to animate civ leaders nowadays. Especially Civ 6 offers a better opportunity for them.

The approach that the original author took for traits such as SAN_TIAO seems overly complicated. Instead of trying to calculate ocean tiles and so forth, I'd be happy with just giving all Canton Pirate naval units +50 exp and a +50% production bonus. I looked through the code and it doesn't need to be so complicated. Just my two cents worth. Thank you very much for continuing to support and update this mod! I wish there was an easy way for authors to animate the civ leaders like they are in the official game and DLCs. Do you know what software they used to do that?

I've tried this mod several times and it causes CTD issues in my game. I've isolated the crashes to this mod. The crash occurs when it's Canton Pirates turn. I have a high end gaming PC and have no other issues with the game. I'm using the latest version of Vox Populi and Civ 5.

The map in the title screen labels Lantau Island as Hong Kong. Lantau WAS a pirate haven, but it should be labeled correctly. (Source: I live on Lantau)
