It doesn't need porting. Use one of the workshop downloader tools to download this and you can unpack the files and stick them in your SFM folder.

There used to be a mediafire link in the FP release thread but that's broken since the forums were taken down. It was a lot more convenient, but there's not really anywhere else to put non-workshop links nowadays.

On the left side of the spawn menu, scroll down to the 'addons' folder. Open that, then look for the name of this addon.
