What really irritated me was that I have spoken with and worked with Skalla in the past in regard to editing/changing/modifying mods of theirs and they know very well that I go to great lengths to ensure permission prior to working on someone else's mods.
You of all people should be well aware that I make great efforts to seek out the author first, explicitly include accreditation to the original mod author and link to the original mod...even when I'm not even modifying someone else's mod but simply making something that works with it.
I have a history of working with other authors mods, including you Skallabjorn! I have tried to collaborate with you in the past and even supplied you SBC's for use in one of your mods. And as you know from experience I sought out your approval beforehand, never posted the files anywhere but to send them to you and in the mod I made ( found here ) that works with your DNSK mod, you not only posted your approval and support on my mod page but also on your DNSK mod page as well. In my mod I even went as far as promoting DNSK and including your entire copyright disclaimer with links to your DNSK mod and Steam's copyright statement.

Rider was notified of my desire to rebalance the mod and notified of the upload/posting of that rebalance the day it was posted (March 4th, 2021) and before it was made public. Rider has never returned my communications or expressed any change in their previous statement mentioned above. If at any point Rider amends or contradicts their previous statement giving the OK for reuploads, would like alterations or removal of the rebalance I will immediately comply. As I have stated from day 1 of my original posting, it is completely Rider's ownership and they will forever retain control as it is their mod. All I did is rebalance and rewrite the SBC's to keep up with SE.

(Part 2)
As you can clearly see in my initial description all credit is given to Rider for the amazing work done with the original mod. The modelling is quite fantastic and something completely beyond my ability. My hope as stated in the description was to make the mod more practical and usable so that the SE community could enjoy Rider's work in the current version of the game. It is solely for the SE community and to give Rider and their fantastic work more spotlight in that community, that my rebalance of the mod was uploaded. Via Steam I was requested list my rebalance on mod. io so that console users could also enjoy Rider's modding efforts now that mod. io is available for SE mods.

On Jan 1, 2016 Rider stated they were "taking a long break from Space Engineers" and they have had no involvement in the SE community that I can find after Mar 7, 2019. Additionally, on Jan 22, 2018 Rider publicly stated in a post: "no problem with a reupload but change the name, the thumbnail and make a link to the original mod for credits. (with these 3 points you shouldn't have problems with reuploads)" [Taken from Steam workshop public posts by Rider.]
Admittedly, I forgot about the thumbnail but have since replaced it with a new one that shows all of the part shapes and sizes, keeping with Rider's original intention.
If you look below, I posted here for Rider the day it was posted. I have tried to get in touch with them a few times over the last year, without success. All credit is given to Rider and it states such as well and links back to this original mod. Rider has not returned any of my attempts to reach them. If you have the ability to reach them please let them know I am still wanting to speak with them in regard to this. You already have my contact info, feel free to provide it to them.
