Hi i've edited your mod for my personal use to make all the bandana not hiding the hair, i think that would be great if you add it to this mod, because some people might want a colored bandana that doesn't hide the hair, there is a mod called unleash the hair but since your mod add new item it doesn't work with your mod

Where do you get the samurai armor blueprint? I've been to every freakin city can't find it.

First of all I love this mod. But with the additions of modders adding weather protection and some slight armor values in their mods....sadly it is not advantageous to use plain old clothing even if I like it better. I was gonna fix it myself but I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to modding. I dont know how to open your mod in the CS.

Forget it, i already fixed it, it' very easy, for all who want the holy plate and samurai armor just load the mod in the FSC and open "plate bench" then just add the missing armor and save. Now you can craft it at the heavy armor bench.

I dont have the option to craft colored versions of holy chesptplate or samurai armor, the rest are fine, but i want to know if it is a bug.

I do have a question,
by making the samurai legplates i couldn't find a color to use then only the standard one.
is it only possible by bying it in a shop if you wanted a color in this case for a Samurai legplate

@NotFuji If you'd like help, I can enable coloured armour crafting by adding each variation to the crafting list under the Heavy Armour Smithy for you. I've already done this for my personal use, but it seems to be an often requested addition to such an already fantastic mod'.

NotFuji, are you planning on updating the mod at all? I love it greatly, however as with 'The Lewd God' I would love to see colored Samurai armor be craftable as well as other some items. If not, thats fine, because I know updating mods and such is kind of annoying.

Is the Ninja armor going to be color? I guess its called theif clothing if i am not mistaken. I was crafting awhile ago and was like, that be cool to. Id like to have a bunch of red looking ninja's attacling holy nation lol

@Socs711 Strange, I literally just copy pasted the armors. Though, they probably chanaged them in an update (Don't mod games in beta, kids!) I might get around to fixing it, I might not. You're probably best off doing it yourself if it starts to cramp your style.

I've noticed with the plate jacket armors that they are missing the acid resist from the original. Not sure if that was your intent or just an oversight. Only noticed because the area my base is located happens to be in the swamp and the new update suddenly covered 2/3 of my land in near constant acid rain lol. Great job on the mod!

It is not allowing me to see the colored versions of Items I just learned, for example I just learned the holy chestplate blueprint but the colored versions don't show up ((I do have the research for colored armor researched and I have tried restarting, importing, and re-subscribing but it doesnt get fixed))

I know about the items not changing much, that's a problem with the vanilla textures (brown + red is still brown). So there's not much that can be done about that without substantial work.

But if you want to add in your own custom colors, you're more than free to. Just find my mod in "steamapps/workshop/content/233860" put it into "Kenshi/mods" and rename it back to "ColorClothes" it should open in the editor then.

One more thing though, As I installed the mod everything has been fine and random loot/shop info has mutli colored armor pieces, and I can craft some different multi colored armors like the plate jacket but I have not yet been able to craft the holy chestplate in colors (I don't know if thats the only one it's glitched for thats just the only one ive seen). P.P.S Is it possible to make the clothes in the color white as well?

Hey fella, I figured I'd let ya' know that the Samurai Clothpants have a color assigned to them, but they don't show as having color. I'd love to see it with color, but you seem to be on that. Keep up the good work though, ay?

The tagelmust doesn't have colormaps, you need to make a new material for it

With the "Holy Red" preset Colormap of the Construction Kit they look quite nice. Now i have the color i needed with the Item name i want :) just after 2h of try and error with the FCS. But with the tagelmust i ran in such an Error i never get the Bloody Red i want. Do you have any ideas ? I never done stuff like that before

@BananaMonkey Turtlenecks will take a little more effort, they're both too dark and lack a color map at the moment.

There is also very little color change to the cargo pants. I'm guessing it is because of the darker original color of the pants. Would it be possible to lighten the original pants texture before coloring it to get better colors?

Love it! Just tried some of the clothing on in-game and it looks great. Samurai Clothpants however did not show any change in color.

Make a mod with the Construction Set, shove some textures in the folder, add a new material, copy the heart protector, apply the material.

I got photoshop but how would I go for applying it to example, heart protector?

Well, yeah, Photoshop/GIMP/Paint.net take your pick. As long as it exports .dds you can use it for textures.

Do you know how to re-texture stuff perhaps :D?

Well, I can explain it here, since it's pretty simple and straightforward. I added 12 entries to the "color schemes" list, then went and found all the armor that had colormaps attached to their materials, duplicated them 12 times, and added the respective color attributes to each.

And yes, you do have to edit every single item individually, it's annoying but unavoidable. Put on some dancey tunes and get your fingers dancing, it'll go fast once you get in the groove.

You can probably find elsewhere how to do the crafting and vendor stuff, but it's easy enough you can just figure it out yourself.
