Thank you. I have been looking for a mod like this several times, years ago. I gave up on it being made. This really fixes how wierd some SE ships look.

No, you'Re amazing ;) Unfortunately, even with the SEWorkshopTool the upload fails. It seems this is a Steam issue - which I probably cannot fix on my own. I'll contact the steam support. As soon as it works again, Ill update. Does that sound acceptable?

You're awesome- the bug seems specific to large Hydrogen thrusters but I've not tested other thruster types

The problem is, this mod overrides the standard thruster values. I guess your said mods do the same. Unfortunately, Space Engineers seems to rather use one file exclusively than merging files; your load order hereby defines what mod is chosen; the game takes the first one and ignores the rest. You could however set every property X,Y,Z of <FlameIdleColor> in your mod's CubeBlocks.sbc to 0.0 for every thruster definition. There is, as far as I know, no other way to use both than modifiying your files. Does that help you? If you need additional information, just ask :)

My server has some global engine changes made to it. The Space suit jetpack and ion engines have been nerfed a great deal while the hydrogen thrusters are much stronger.

I'd love to use this mod as well; but it's one or the others in my testing.

I can load this mod first, and it'll work; but none of the other engine changes will. If I load it last, the exact opposite occurs.

Any potential fixes?

Well yeah, fair xD I have no clue how this game is programmed but I understand you have no time to make this mod work with every thruster ever made anywhere xD I'll ask some authors if they'd be able to do that, thanks for replying and the explanation

Everyone should upvote this, this should be in the base game. Engines do not have "pilot lights' in space.

The problem is, I maybe could, depending on the way the game handles its mods; but whenever anything in that mod would get changed, I would need to adjust everything over here to match accordingly, or it might bug out as hell. It would be way easier ask the creators of that mod if they can implement that change, or, if they don't want to, if they would allow somebody to create a standalone version without idle flames.
And as my time is fairly limited, I can't always watch if there are changes to any mods. So unfortunately, I have to decline that request @BSteurful.
But if you ask the authors if that would be okay for them, I could create that standalone version without idle flames. I won't do anything without their explicit permission.

Oh, apologies then. It may improve the game performance a little bit, depending on your amount of active thrusters. But It will not be much.

does it have a effect on tiered thruster and armor thrusters or do they need teir own version?
