Does this work with extra long cargo trains? Because i have an issue where really long cargo trains spawn and dont move, and long cargo trains dont seem to want to go into the cargo station where they unload.

Question: Is this mods still needed as it's very very very very very old now and I think most creator would have fix the thing that this mod fixed. Or at least the new assets doesn't make this mistake anymore.

@WaKKO151 Just so I'm clear, can you provide a link to which mod you specifically you mean here? My mod search brings up several potential culprits. all your problems are caused by the trasparency fixed mod because it was added into the game and now it breaks the very things you are all complaining about and Bad Penguin is a great modder that has not updated his one click collection in a awhile.

I cant use it... I got a neverending loop of errors.

I have the same problem as akashiloki, the route lines do not show in underground metro lines. What is the fix for this?

This mod has given me nothing but problems. As soon as I enabled it I stopped being able to see the underground view when placing network assets of any kind - roads, metro tracks, etc. I disabled & unsubscribed went back to the desktop to reload cities skylines to place my tracks but still have some issues with the underground view. I tried resubscribing & enabling the mod after placing the tracks and I still can't attach a line stop to my metro station's other platforms. Anyone have any ideas? ...not being able to see underground is a pretty big issue..-_-'

@mr.v Can you let us know which year does the "set multi-track functional" auto in the asset?

This mod is still needed because there are a lot of assets that did not set multi-track functional. With this mod, those assets will be working properly.

Not saying this mod is the problem; however, my ferry terminals only show Main Passenger Ships as options... No longer are there any ferries in my city... Does anyone happen to know what is causing that?

That is what I have found, both this excellent fix and the MTSE combined together has covered all the multi platform stations I have used so far, with stops and lines used on each platform.

@Jzer Well, the default algorithm always requires to use a different platform. So for such complex cases like that MTSE is still needed. But still, you get better overall results if you use this mod as well :)

Unfortunately I have to report I have experienced the same as Vimes. Adding a stop on the return route seems impossible as it always seems to want to add the stop on the other platform. Lets take this example for a mod 4 platform station: north-south line is platform 1 and platform 2, east-west line is platform 3 and 4. After adding a stop on platform 1 one cannot add a return stop on platform 2. It keeps adding the stop on platform 3 or 4 instead. MTSE still seems necessary. I have described this problem as well on the Advanced Buildings Editor mod page which seems to use the same spawn points fix to auto place stops.

I too had this mood installed and then downloaded a collection of Metro stations, many of them with multi platforms and tracks. At first I thought that all was well but found that I still needed to install the MTSE to guarantee being able to place a line on the second platform.

@ctcatuga This mod's main purpose was to make MTSE not needed because it was a hack to workaround misused spawn points. I'll check that station when I have time.

Hi, I've read this description and I've tried to follow everything, but I'm not sure I'm doing it right or that it's working.

I just started using Stazione Central Italiana, which is a 2 track passenger station. I have this mod and MTSE (the one that is still active and not obsolete) installed, but for the life of me I cannot get a stop on the 2nd tracks. I have held shift and every other button possible, and it simply will not place a second stop.

Am I missing something here??

read the sescription. it says "for train/metro". for mom metro this mod is not needed.
path not found is either a station track issue or your track broken somewhere.

I don't have Metro Overhaul Mod.

I subscribed this mod and enabled it the multi track metro station can't add the line, it said can't find path.

How to make it work with metro or it didn't made for metro track?

I don't get this mod. I just rebuilt my metro network and didn't subscribe to Multi-Track Station Enabler, only this one. The problem is that this mod doesn't find the path. I have noticed, earlier, that with both mods enabled I find the path, with the shift-key, and if I rebuild a line, using old stations I don't need to use the shift-key. So, my questions is: does this mod actually do what it says, or does it need help from MTSE as a sort of initializer?

I have a problem here. After enabling this mod, planes trying to land at one of the two airports of mine keeping piling up on the runway (not in the air, as I find in some issues that airports are too close to each other) and the other one works just fine. Any fix for that?

So is this mod required for MOM or not? It is in MOM's "Required items" list in workshop, but you said MOM has it's own version.
I just wonder about incompabilities because I have a problem with subway routes passing through stations which cross each other on different levels.

You compare this mod to multi-track station enabler, as if that mod were inadequate or something, which is fair on one level, I suppose. However, this mod doesn't do what MTSE does/did (allow users to choose platforms). You might consider stating that difference in the description.
