MAGIK [Remove KuRWa], try to reinstall GMod, but after unistalling delete GarrysMod folder in .../Steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod. If it didn't help, check your PC for malwares or other viruses.

I'm having trouble trying to use most of your content that you have placed out but main problem I have now is that I can't use them. It's either the files or it's something wrong with my game, I just can't use most of the contents I've downloaded.

also just a suggestion not really needed but is there anyway you could make the weapons go into the right spot instead of putting it into the spot where the physics gun and crowbar and that is, if that makes any sense?

I don't really know why you would want to have a sniper rifle with no scope. Insurgency gives you the scope for the sniper rifles automatically.
