sorry the patch does not work or more there are 82 teams in cut of belgium instead of 83? what to do?

Busy with some stuff , moved Dutch clubs to the correct leagues coz alot are in the wrong league or are missing also created missing Belgium clubs for Lvl6 . Belgium Lvl1-6 , Holland Lvl 1-7 are complete and correct. Made full club names for Belgian , Dutch ,German and Spanish clubs. Adding correct regional borders for these 4 and the other UEFA countries regional leagues including the U21/U19 leagues that are available now. Adding correct league sponsor names. Pity XML text files are not available this years , sometimes this was needed.

Maybe A BeNe League or bigger international football league system with promotion/releagation without removing teams from their own leaques. Maybe a season that will be played over a 2 years period ,so clubs do not play to much season a season if they are quelified for the CL/EL. That will require pro rules to create this. Or maybe revamp the CL/EL so Kosovo clubs can finally compete , but have to figger out the coefficent system.

In Belgium only teams from high as lvl 5 i think , may have 2nd team in competition and these 2nd teams have to start from lvl9. If my file was a fantasy football league system i would have allowed the U21/19 leagues to be part of the 1st teams football league system. You can edit rules yourself if you want U21 teams to be promoted to 1st teams leagues.

I'm thinking about to create a BeNe League like i did for FM 2016 or a Atlantic League. It will be not like other creaters did where they move teams to a other national league so all teams are Spanish or so. Clubs will keep their nationality and keep playing their national leagues and UEFA comps along the BeNe League or other International League.

Hey , i'm busy with the German Football League System. For now only 1st teams , all leagues from lvl 1 tot lvl 7 will be available and lvl 8 tot lvl 13 partial.

Thx ,busy creating the same for the German Football league system , 1st teams to lvl 7 and U19/U21 probably only to lvl5 coz alot of leagues/clubs are missing.
