My older mods don't get enough traffic these days that they often get taken down for inactivity from the free hosting sites. A copy might still be available on civfanatics. Otherwise, you can still use one of the Steam Workshop Downloader websites to get a copy.
Honestly, the Goths are one of the more boring mods I released. Xia, Sioux, Kuikuro are probably my best mod civs. The Goths are popular because they were one of the first civ mods posted on the workshop and with good art (which originally was taken entirely from one of the Viking scenarios but now also has art from the fantastic Janboruta). So, there wasn’t many options when it was first available, and then sort of became a self-increasing loop where people subscribed because it was already at the top of the list.
You can try this version:

But I honestly have no idea if it was the same v.66 that was posted back then.
Well, it IS kind of insulting to assume no research goes into these mods. Yes, abilities are ultimately up to the author, but it takes some work to make abilities that are unique and historically relevant and thematic to the civilization. Then there’s also stuff like the city list, spy names, civilopedias and game text, game art, etc. I would say a great deal of research goes into making these mods. In fact, a lot of times you can tell a good mod from a bad by the simple fact that it’s clear that the mod author must have researched the civ.

I would love to have a translation for the mod, but at the moment (and with Civ VI coming out in two months) I don't know if I have the time to properly update the mod to include one.
