@7ijme Modern KTANE players do not use the PDFs at all anymore. We use the HTML manuals published on ktane.timwi.de.

I'd love to be able to disable the Polish version in the generated pdf when i load the mods. I have tried disabling the Polish version with Mod Selector, but there's no luck. Any ideas?

@jjanghwan The preview image probably does not reflect the module accurately. It is either out of date (i.e., the manual has possibly changed since), or I doctored the image specifically to contain the word “search” which is thematic with the module name.

I cant understand Why using "V" letter in the picture that answer if SEARCH. Where is "V"??

In the picture i can find "ADD" But THE answer SEARCH means the picture use "V", NOT "U" or "S"

This is an interesting module. My only recommendation is to familiarize yourself with the instructions because it is easy to mess this up.

I want to bring up this question again because I couldn't figure it out, how do I disable the polish version of this mod? My bombs currently have both the English and Polish word searches on them and I just want English but it just shows up as one mod in the "manage installed mods" tab. Someone said to disable the polish version using Mod Selector but where is "mod selector"?

Hello, I have made a french translation of the manual, is there some deposite where i can share it?

This is a very solid mod! A perfect addition for those looking for something new.
And for those having a little trouble figuring it out... read the instructions VERY carefully. It tripped me up at first too. I'll explain more below for those who just want the answer.


Using the letter V as an example:

If V is in the upper left hand corner of the search grid, locate the box in the manual which has V in the upper left corner as well. This will give you either "Line" or "Blue" as a possible word (depending on the serial number).

Continue locating the appropriate box for each letter based on its position in the grid, and remember only one of the four possible words will appear in the puzzle.

It's pretty easy once you understand it. A great challenge nontheless. :)
