here what photon is saying me [Photon] You may be missing one or more required addons for the "Chevrolet Tahoe FBI Unmarked" (models/tdmcars/emergency/equipment/fedsig_viper_dual.mdl) and some models will not be loaded.
Please check the Workshop page for this vehicle to see the requirements.

You need Photon Lighting Engine, just added it to the required items.

this is a very nice vehicle. i would like to point out that this is in fact a marked vehicle, not unmarked. if it was unmarked there would be no livery what so ever.
