Well, it's sort of a "trick" where you paint on a layer in Substance painter with a mask on it and everything unchecked except for Opacity, which you reduce to zero. Whatever you paint on there becomes "invisible" on the model in game. It's really still THERE (we can't change the models themselves) but it looks like it isn't.

Question, how to you change the format of the item, like the eye holes and missing bottom part of mask??

Yeah I kinda wish I made one with the full jaw, too, but, at the time, there were a lot of other skull masks so I tried to be different
