The Meta?! Man, if you just want something to growl at you while you play, then get an ex-girlfriend or a pissed off puppy. S360Aeronautic is creating some really applicable & funny VoicePacks with real personality, 100% growl isn't exactly in the same ballpark.
More helpful, I think there is an XALT Xcom1 VP, that's 100% gritty static. (-:

@ExamSystem00 The Meta (along with the Freelancers) is a "maybe". I'd rather focus on the main cast as of right now.
