Your buildings are great but they all seem to be very high in file size, for the size of the building. I'd love it if you could use lower resolution textures. They look fantastic close up, but the game isn't just about one building zoomed in, it's about a whole city of buildings.

The roof could use some improvements (like air ducts and the usual roof stuff).
But otherwise the building looks really good!

Well done on your building. If your taking requests may I throw out there as an idea for your next creation New York City's Central Park Tower.

Modern looking but not futuristic. I also like the size and combine two buildings with "move it" turned up with a good result. Nice work. Well done Senfkorn and thx a lot for sharing.

Thanks @Senfkorn. I agree with your sentiment regarding props, and many thanks for you taking that into consideration for the community. Those grass pices with curbs look nice and would provide variety in addition to similar ones ingame.

@BrowncoatTrekky The only props I use are the vanilla game props. I want users to download my assets without subscribing to tons of props because for me personally, it's a bit annoying to do that. So everything you can see on my asset screenshots is my own creation.

@icantthinkofaname I had several requests for buildings in real life these days. Unfortunately I can't recreate them into CS. It's too time-consuming. The only way to do that is a matter for negotation. Do you know what I mean? I'm sorry.
