Your "mod.info" file is kind of broken... The "id=" field is not supposed to contain the literal Steam URL of your mod. You can set it to just about anything unique that won't conflict with other mods, but the fact that you've added special characters causes the game to throw a stack trace.

I would suggest either setting it to just "id=810037900" or if you want you can make it a unique string like "id=IGCustomStartingPoints".

WEll, as of Build 39, the game creation menu allows you to give your character extra starting points. So I guess this mod is kinda obsolete.

Sadly I have tried your mod, and I have to report outside IWBUMS or whatever the others are playing, your mod causes stack traces in the character creation side of the game.
This occurs when you join a server and try to create a character, even when it is enabled at both the server and client.

It just doesn't show up at all, I downloaded the mod re-verified game cache and it just doesn't appear, it's the same thing that happened with Cheaterman's mod

If this mod doesn't satisfy you since it doesn't contain the additional counterparts the other mod contains, then simply don't install this mod, don't even look at it. No use acting like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Cheaterman has three different options, one of which is just to add 1000 points.

I believe you have a small mis-understandng of the purpose of this mod. Cheaterman, boosts your skills in general, and gives you 1000s of skill points. This mod does not boost your skills in any way. And I really made it more in mind of people who simple want small traits like nutritionist without having to panic at the sight of blood and such

Well the mod gives a couple new skill options in the starting menu with not just career menu skill points but ingame skill points to. just better sorry man but to cant fight that il give you the link later so you can see yourself.
