I'm sorry to say it's probably another mod or one of the manually installed mods (with override folder) if you installed one.

Also manually installed mods if using override method don't appear in the 'mods' menu in game so you can't disable them that way. Just in case if you did install mods outside Steam.

The files this mod uses are:
character_pc_shadow_hunter_gem_burstfire_impact_01.pkfx
character_pc_shadow_hunter_gem_burstfire_markdetonate_01.pkfx
character_pc_shadow_hunter_gem_burstfire_projectile_01.pkfx

If any other mod uses one of this files, the mod won't work.

One last thing make sure you are using SH class gem and that you are using one of the costumes that don't have their own in-game vfx. For example lvl 10/20/30 costumes don't have a different vfx.

This is probably your case I assume you are using another costume that has their own vfx. Check if using lvl 30 costume or Halloweed Shadow Hunter costume works. Not all costumes have their own vfx so try it around.

i removed all shadow hunter vfx mods and it sill doesn't work

@Senn Nothing has changed with this mod since 2016. If it worked back then it should work now.

it's not working altho i turned off all the other costume or shadow hunter vfx modes

@Kuhhnet In Trove for any mod that tries to edit/mod the same files makes it not work. So maybe the shadow hunter costume mod you got has his own VFX files so there's a conflict between the 2 mods. You could try to modify the sh costume mod and remove the vfx file so you can use the vfx file of this mod. For that tho you will have to learn how to do it, there's guides in Trovesaurus on how to do it or you can go to their discord server.

Yeah I'm sorry SH is only used with class gem. I still have so many colors I want to add to SH class gem, normal shots without Class Gem would take too much of my time.

@Reaper No you don't. You can get gems with another class and put them on SH (Maybe have a friend or alt carry the SH through some ST's for XP, or use XP coins) then just get 5k PR and get a key, go to U8 everdark and class gem. Besides, you're going to have your class gem longer than w/o it sooo
