It looks really good just get the required mods put on that skin and it looks really cool. It looks better than the GTA 5 police cars.:steamthumbsup:

These are only skins, and I use VCMod

To clarify: this is JUST a skin pack, correct? This doesn't include any Photon configurations? Also, are you using VCMod for the ELS?
