I can only start these scenarios in "marathon". Even if I choose other speeds in the game setup. Can I change that?

Is it possible to have this realistic map with true start locations and still be able to use other mods aswell? I like my barbarians evolved mod and no happiness mod. I just want these three things. The true start doesnt even have to give me a city with worker and warrior I just want to be in the right area.

Most of the nations I have encountered are in the right place, same for city states, but for me the Mongols are in Scandanavia and the Aztecs are in Spain. This is definitely not right. And those are only two. For all I know there could be more errors. I am playing as the Romans, standard pace, Prince difficulty. Also, can you make an alternate map where the Americas are on the left rather than the right?

The Enhanced Map Pack allows you to play with all 43 Civs on this map and select a wider variety of gameplay options: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=164928513 (BNW and all DLCs required to have the maximum fun possible, but it should also work with G&K)
