Because if you are, then I am not going to be making a background out of it. Because the video is too long, and the clips are changing to keep. I am also not able to trim the video, since the clips are too short. And that will cause the clip to change to quick, which is not fitting for a wallpaper.

Hey i have a suggestion if you want to give it a shot. There's the pentakill album for league right well on league's yt channel the videos for the songs could make good backgrounds. In the end you can do what you want but i think it would be awesome!
