You click subscribe and type hud_reloadscheme into the console ingame. (Look into the settings if you don't know how to open the console)
If it doesn't work move the .vpk file from
/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/222880/804434572/
to
/Steam/steamapps/common/insurgency2/insurgency/custom/ and it should work, maybe still needs the hud_reloadscheme.
