load up the launcher

click on the data files

find the fast travel file

the file will have a tick to the left of it but to the right it will NOT say yes (the yes tells you that you are subscribed to it, no yes means you arn't subed to it

@ cave man : you'll need to delete the mod from the "Data Items" menu on the skyrim launcher.

I just diabled the mod and did the console command to enable fast travel, but I still cant. Is there another step i missed?

i subed to this mod for my skyrim because i was doing a bit of roal play and i didn't want to be tempted to fast travel around the map so i used this to stop that but what i wanted to play on one of my character i realised that it was on and i needed to fast travel. so i decided to get rid of it but when i unsubed it wouldn't uninstall of my skyrim, and i doint know what to do and i unsubed about a mounth ago and it is still stopping me from fast traveling and it is still giving me the book you get when you start a new game. can anyone help me please.

@Gingerbread Yeah, but that makes it so that you need to remember landmarks, what is where on the map, and makes it a little more immersive that way.

this mod kinda sucks since it does not only disable fast travel but also map marker... Map marker is something really important in the game...

FOR ANYONE WHOSE FAST TRAVEL IS NOT ENABLED WHEN TYPING 'enablefasttravel 1'

TYPE INSTEAD: player.enablefasttravel 1

this worked for me, but im not sure if it will work for everyone

its not working when i type enablefasttravel 1
it just says 'Fast Travel is Disabled' when i type that and then go to the map to fast travel and yes, i did disable the mod before typing that command.

Dear mod creator.
I am trying to make a mod myself out of necessity. I got caught pickpocketing by a highwayman bandit. Now all the hw. bandits in Skyrim can't be pickpocketed by me since the game says they caught me. This doesnt vanish so I want to mod that.
Afaik an NPC is an actor and they have attributes. Now what I would like to do is script so that the actor hw. bandit will have that certain pickpocket caught attribute changed. Can you help me with that.

this is an amazing mod it really puts the rp into rpg i mean whats the point in it being an rpg if you can role play, p.s. i hope this works with the non fast travel with carriage carts it will furthermore expand the roleplaying feel to the game

I got this originally to enjoy the scenery more and add actual adventuring to the adventure. It does just that! But heads-up:

1. Get "Faster Horses" and "More Carriages."
2. Buy a horse.

Otherwise, travel will really become a chore, especially if you're faced with the "I'm carrying all this loot but wanna keep exploring" dilemma.

Just a warning/bug report.
When playing Dragonborn DLC this will interfere with leaving apocrypha via any of the black books (stating that you are unable to concentrate), this happens when you've completed that book though it can be worked around by finding a way to kill yourself when you want to leave (this method doesn't seem to interfere with the quests at all).

I really like this mod, definantly takes the temptaion away and forces the player to find the right way up, I also like that even when you put it into the pocket crafting storage it still works. Could you also do a mod that permently sets the in-game time to real time? it gets old having to put the code in everytime and I'm sure X-box and PS3 players would like it to.

I used the fast travel like 100 times in my first 10 hours. My reaction was like "what have i done i mean this save? it sucks... i have completed the game aldeready!" so it was not that much fun if you ask me :D

I couldn't do I subscribed it and forgot it was on I so I've fast travled and I thought it broke so I told Bethesda 1 week ago I found out and deleted it....

nice, i always try not to use fast travel to add some more adventuring in my gameplays but i always end up saying fuck it near the end after hours of play when i am just fed up, this will keep me from being tempted to use it :P

I unsubscribed from the mod, yet the game still won't let me fast travel. I typed the enablefasttravel 1 into consule and it still wouldn't. Any help??
