I think I figured it out.

Game seems to have a limit to the number of mods you can have.

1. The game crash immediately after subscribing to my mod? Try to unsubscribe, launch the game and then subscribe again. Two other mods are not necessary for this mod, but only recommended.
2. Try to verify the integrity of game files in steam properties. Perhaps you have a conflict with some other mod, but it shouldn't be.

this seems to crash my game.

Так и есть. Именно по этому мой мод имеет перевод пунктов меню костюма на русский язык.

Weird. I have both of my mods without any errors. Maybe the conflict with other outfits. Check the file game.log
