Yes, I can make playermodels out of them if I so wanted (It just requires a recompile with another animation set, which is tedious), and making NPC's just entails adding a script to them. They are not for "nutscript" only, these models are compiled using the HL2 citizen animation set which is most commonly used by serious RP schemas such as Nutscript and Clockwork to name the largest two.
