Thanks. Hopefully thay will come out with a new tails of middle earth with all of the DLC.

@Axios I think this texture was used for soldiers of Harad, Rhûn and Dale (or how it is called in the mod). Rohan got Norse Swordsmen (with shields similar to these of Elite Skirmishers) but in my opinion, this texture would work as a Germanic/Norse style swordsman as well.
If I find the time, I will upload other Tales of Middle-earth textures because it is a really awesome mod. What a shame that it has not been implemented on Steam, yet.

@Aizen Oh, I did not change the texture by myself - I have just extracted it from the "Tales of Middle-earth" mod.

How do you mod this? I changed color of a bmp but the colors were all butchered i n Turtle Editor.
