Due to the way the official Crystal Isles map was made, (The map itself is using some kind of scaling or player models were scaled, notably creatures and plants are bigger) this means that the navigation is slightly off, by a couple degrees. If you're at 22 22, the device might say something more like 20 20 as an example (but not an exact one). We can still use this GPS, but we also have to calculate about how far off it is due to the map scaling so folks using this mod be aware, it does some weird stuff on Crystal Isles!

I love this navigation tool! The one and only thing that bugs me about it is that while most navigations use 'Latitude THEN longitude', this one has it reversed (Lon/Lat). I wish it could be reversed xD maybe as an ini option perhaps. In any case its a top mod on our server, we couldn't play without it!

So basically, you took ARK Tek NAVs idea, and most of the visuals, made some changes, and called it your own. Despicable. Everyone using this mod should go and use the original authors mod and not this phonies who only took someone elses work to take credit.

J'avais oublié que c'était un mod français. On joue sur Scorched Earth et le tek device disparait tout le temps, ça ne vous fait pas ça à vous?

3/4 of the time now the device won't appear. And we have absolutely no idea why. It's painful because we got so used to this awesome mod that we're using it all the time along with the S+ Tek Transmitter now. We didnt realise how dependant we became before it stopped working.

Next update still planned for december 15th?

What do you think about the suggestion of allowing us to use the Tek Device while underwater and while riding a dino?

We're using it a lot to find aquatic dinosaurs but everytime we have to use it, we have to reach the surface and try to stand on a dino :/

And what about switching the coords (Lat first, Lon second) to be just like Ark's GPS and map?

I think I have a bug. I'll be using it just fine, logout, come back in later and it won't activate/work at all. It's as if the mod doesn't run. By that I mean I have the item on my hotbar, hit the number and nothing. Remake a new one, nothing. Have it in my inventory, hit E, nothing.
I believe if the server reboots it'll work again.

This mod works really well with the s+ tel transmitter scan for dinos option. I'm using on the center and it's pretty dann accurate.

And now combine it with an auto-polit for rafts to get to those GPS coordinates as close as possible. :-D

That's a hard choice. I like the idea of the no reboot updating myself.
Also I was wondering if I can get a working blueprint path? I was trying to add this into a starter kit, but noticed the path is wrong.

1- Would you prefer gus.ini settings to set server info, news, rules of your server or would youprefer a website where you add the infos and it is automatically updated on the tek device without any reboot?

2- Would you like a big page for home info( news/rules/info) or keep the same size?

Hi, I really like this mod! Is ligh weigh... clean, usefully... total Pro addon.. but... when we logoff and login back to server, ... we cant use tek device again

Doesn't work properly after dying. The arror starts point in the wrong direction unless you're over 500 away from the marked point on the gps
