Make sure that all dead team members are accounted for. Sometimes the server will not recognize dead team members and assume they are still alive.

@zession it's not single player compatible, so if you are trying to run it single player, it won't work.

mutate - verb, "change in form or nature"
Example "Rhythm and Blues mutated into rock and roll"

Sounds applicable to me :)
