Depends, if you wish to get your voices back to vanilla then yes, otherwise you should replace the vanilla voices with the kashima ones.

sorry i have tried for any time, but i still can't to use the voice pack. After I empty the files, should I create a new file for the voice pack? Or I should delete the original file and replace it by the voice pack directly? Thank you!

@Mainblocks Well,Kashima is sure pretty a mod in L4D2 and u did a good job for creating this mod.But still I prefer to use TDA characters instead....And when I wanted to download this voice pack there was a message jumped out showed "I should download "Kashima" 3D mod to make it run" , I was confused then but not now, so I think u can declare this message to visitors clearly in order not to make them confuse
