@tastyflavour , the ciies are poppingup automatically accoring to your settings. If you installed a mod that changes these settings or modified these values on your config files that maybe a cause for the phenomenon you describe.

Although there hasn't been any update for a long time, I can't get the same setup back I had on the River Flat Map.. I miss cities like Chipping North and that city next to the river. I know the cities names change when you start a new game, but there are more towns then before, how?!

My favorite is the Lake Flat 16x16 map, but I would love to see that the towns are more divided and no industry because I always build my industries. With perhaps 8 towns, 3 on top, 3 on the bottom and one on every side...Is that possible, or can I try to edit the towns myself.

Could you add a separate mod / map with no industry spawns? For the Industry Tycoon mod users?

This mod is great. I find though that the game struggles with maps over 16km but the smaller maps are still good.

@Dog Turds, You may want to try using different seeds to generate other industries. None of these maps feature fixed industries or towns, they will spawn based on your config.ini settings and the seed you pick.

You can do it yourself with the Industry Tycoon mod.

FYI there is no steel mill on the small 4x4 map. Could you please add a steel mill.

@The EXPguy, I already tried but the custom map function from the game limits you to 8193px as the maximum dimension for either width or lenght. 8193px translates to 32km in game thus the 64km long map is not feasible with custom maps on the current build.

Another suggestion: could you make a 4km by 64km map. It should work because it takes up the same amount of area.

@The EXPguy, yes, those maps surpass the game limitation. I will remove them to avoid confusion.

The largest maps wont work due to the map being to large. Here is the exact messege: (Game initialization failed: the height map is to large: Number of pixels must not exceed 16m)

Ace map For learning the ropes of the game and formulating a plan for all vehicles 10 out of 10 bud helped me alot with my ageing brain lol

@steven: Yes. The new version will contain options with lakes, rivers, islaings and a strait.

@railbound: 100% flat, no elevation changes accross all map.
