I did try to balance the first change by raising the base car usage. I think I will need to change the values a little to bring a bit more challange back though. If there are any other changes to the game that you feel improve it I would love to hear them :)

The first one sounds like a cheat but I take it this is for yourself so its basically an easy mode choice I guess maybe? The second one I buy because I remember there seemed to be nothing set to boost the middle income favor and that is just ridiculous. The last one is also cool but I have to wonder if the game accounts enough for things that increase smoking and alcohol consumption. I will have to look some time.
