Hmm, try verifying your game cache, that could possibly work. If it doesn't, try typing snd_rebuildaudiocache in the console (your game might freeze, that's normal)
Weird, works just fine for me. Can't really think of anything that would help, but try unsubbing and subbing again if you haven't already, and check if you have any mods conflicting with it, could even be a campaign with its own soundtrack messing with it.
