Hehe, I bought this item back in 2016 for $20, but because it was too hard to find the item in order to learn the blueprint I sold it in 2020. Then Facepunch put it on the tier 2 workbench and the price has been soaring ever since. :\

Yes, you currently can not purchase it from the rust store. You should be able to get one on the Steam Market though.

Interesting all the glowing weapon skins. Why you would want to loudly declare your position in the encompassing shroud of night to all your enemies that are actually taking advantage of it is beyond me. I hope all of you get these skins so that I will have an easier time finding you at night.
