Is this not working for anybody else? None of it seems to be working, and my leaders gain traits once in a blue moon, just like vanilla.

After a bit of playing I noticed that it will hang ocationally when a Leader Levels up. Hopefully it gets updated soon, cause this was one of the better Mods

I dont know if this is going to be fully working atm. There are a few new leader traits added (some of the new ones increasing and reducing crime for example), and unless the replacement files are updated they'll never show up when rolling for new traits.

Are govenors still getting the new 2.2.2 traits with this?

Yep I removed it from all leader types. I would guess that this mod is conflicting with !!!more leader levels, likely because they change the same files. I haven't used that mod before so I couldn't say for sure.

Write a quick event that removes it, then refires this mods event. Theres a sample in the pastebin I linked a few comments below. Either that or you could ask Arturia to implement something similar as a catch-all :)

If it's not too much trouble, I have a favor to ask. I like !!!more leader levels, however, when combined with this mod( which is GREAT btw, tons of fun) my ruler, time and again, gets arrested dev. smdh. How can I get my uber powered immortal god emperor if he's AD by level 8-12? ANY help you could provide is greatly appreciated.

Thank Goodness Stubborn was annoying, but Tolerable. Arrested Dev though? Literally made the Leader suddenly usesless, unless it popped up on the Max level.

Having looked at the script, the chances of getting ANY trait are equal, but I have to agree, Stubborn and Arrested seem to pop up so often its irritating.

I wrote myself a small hidden event that removes them, then refires a modified level up script (one that removes the chance to get any negative traits from every type of leader), works like a charm :)

I mean, I think Governers have less traits to choose from, so that might be part of it. Granted, I still tend to see the "Stubborn" and "Arrested Dev" Traits a bit more often than I would thing I should. I haven't gotten a crazy string like that again though, so it was probably RNJesus hating my guts, like usual.

There should be nothing in this mod that causes that kind of issue. All it does is set the chance of gaining a trait each level to 100%. The actual trait selection remains the same.

I like this Mod, and think it's a good idea, but if it's this mod causeing it, that's unplayable. What sux even more is I made a Species that had a 13 level cap. So them stopping at 2 or 3 was painful.

I'm not sure if it's just me, or if it's this Mod specifically, But My Governers keep getting the "Arrested Development" Trait (-1000% EXP gain WHY!?) within the first two levels ups after I get them. Every Time.None of the other Leaders are having this issue. Only the Governers, and it's consistant.

Updated for 2.0. Just a note on old versions, while it is likely to still work it will break other features due to the files that are overwritten.

I haven't made any changes to the starting traits, so this mod shouldn't affect that part. It only affects level ups.

Hm, started a new game (again) earlier this evening. New leaders are back to 2 traits. But they do gain a trait on level up. Interesting stuff...

~ ZZGashi - My leaders stopped spawning with 3 traits for a game or two, but everything seems ok at the moment. Might be another mod thats causing issues

Not sure if it is another mod interfering with this one or just some weirdness with the update, but my leaders no longer receive traits on level-up as they did before. Anyone else having this issue?

True, but better a rank 10 with a 9 randoms (what... 3 known @ lvl 1 + 9 level ups), than a rank 10 with only 3 :)

I used to do a bit of scripting for EU4 mods, so I might have a look into it and post someting back if i can find something thats easy to implement. Either way, thanks for the reply Arturia

Not something I could say for sure at the moment, but it sounds doable. Probably a trigger when the leader is purchased or gained, but this would mean you wouldn't know their extra traits beforehand.

Just a quick question. If you've gotten tech that upgrades recruitment levels, would it be possible to allow them to spawn with the correct number of traits?

So a level 3 admiral should spawn with 5 traits. Or some trigger event that allows them to catch up on their next level up.
