Don't have to be so humble, your Caterham is one of the best mods out there (until the new sound engine funked it up a little ;D ). Paid ones included ! Maybe with some work, it could be a vintage Lotus 7 :P

I simply have far too many things I need to do before I would even think about getting back into modding. rF2 boys just announced Cat Academy with Sigma engine, its actually really similar version of a cat as this one so at least you will guys get to enjoy it again, as official content I suspect it will just look, drive, sound better :)

Such a shame an excellent mod now headed for the scrap heap due to sound engine update. I've had such good racing with this mod. It makes me sad. I can only hope Mikee the mod creator updates it or gives permission to another mod creator to carry on the good work

This is a fantastic car to drive, having lots of fun with it. Also if you get a second any chance you could fix the direct X issue with the lights. Suffering from heavy glare when the lights are on and when they are off the lens caps on the front lights can flicker. Be appreciated as they are one of the best cars in the game.

Can you imagine the 620R? That whould be insane :D

This car is so, so, SO much fun to drive. Never drove a real one but the physics and handling of this car feel just so real to me. My favorite car in rF2.

It would be great if this mod could be modified to Roadsport, 270R and 310 R versions.

Nice car but this one needs a DX11 update.

Fun car, not sure how realistic it is (can brake and turn on a dime it seems), but very good work here. Nitpick: You sit too high in the vehicle by default.

Must have mod. So much fun. Great physics and graphics.

Loving this mod. Halfway through a series with SiG Racing and it's giving really close racing. Most of us with have or had Caterhams so some of us are racing in our own colours. If you ever think about revisiting the mod a set of CR500s or the current replacement tyres and another engine option from the duratec range would be a great addition to the mod. We previously raced r300 and r400 regularly in rF1 so it won't be wasted. I'm sure some of the group (me) will be happy to provide feedback on any developments if it would help. Thanks again for this as it stands.

Mikee, I applaud you and you friends for taking a okay looking model of one of the most beatiful classic British cars and turning it into this amazing piece of history. This was (And still is) one of my favorite cars to drive in NFS: Most Wanted (2012). To have it back this good makes me happy, thank you guys.

Ok uploaded an update. Fixed the skin issue (thanks Fishey) fuel consumption and added brake pad selection in tunning menu so you can move the brake balance a little bit.

No I think the last time something like this hapened was around release. I have been creating an .rcd file and use the 'alt' for the skin. I hate having to add them to a .mas file, just adds pointless steps, especially if a change is needed.
I can send you one maybe I missed something?

Thanks Fishey. Hmm do you have expriences with making skins for other cars in rF2? (Just making sure you are fully familiar with the process to elliminate all variables)

Fantastic MOD, I'm actually calling it mod of the year! in my sim world :-)
I do have one problem, I've done a few skins and for some reason they will not show up. I can name them and see the name in the UI but when I go to the tuning menu or in game they show as the default green livery. Any ideas?

Hey Krusti, hmm, i did not even realize there would be even the slightest desire for this, i will look into it and let you know when i get a second. Its possible, definetly, but every skinnable surface is quite bad for optimization (say if 30 players would be all having their own skins for paint, rollbars, helmets and faces, the vram (GPU memory) impact would be quite significant)

A fast question for the author: can i edit the face texture for a custom skin? I can't find the template/texture
