very good job! nicely designed A site. B site looks good too.
I would recommend some following stuff--
address cause of fps drop in the t spawn area
remove duplicate paintings if possible so theres never two of the same
work on the way the water looks
and I'd say the map is done after that!

Not sure if is this good idea.
At a first view, you map you beatiful, and i really liked the theme, but like in every map, there is some bugs, and so i`m describing them here! :)
So, at first, you really need to add more playerclip, it took me 5 seconds to get out of the map trought CT Spawn, with help of a bot that was doing me boost!
Secondly,your props are a litlle glitched, when hitting them, they push you back, and that props of the animals it`s just insanely stupid, I´m not saying to make new one`s but put a player clip, that would help!
And, in B it`s so empty, why not adding new one`s?
Loved the mini-map!
And so on, if you add me i would go with you in the map, telling you the bugs i found!

I love the breakable stuff ._.
But you need to add clipping to your stairs, this really bothers me.
(might be hard with the spirall staircase)
Sadly, i think this beauty of a map is not really competative viable due to its many holes in walls where snipers just have a huge advantage and are nearly invisible to other players.
But as casual map, i would love to play on this. Great job!
