The D9.rte folder is where your mod is located. Check inside and you should see another folder with a .rte extension. Put it outside with the other folders and the mod should work.

raidenlanndon have you checked the description? There are instructions to follow there. SquidSalsa the rte file is called D9.rte. If you can't find it, reinstall
