so it says i must unsub from 29 mods as they are not longer accepted but there is no replacement for most of them and i dont see that these options have been build in the base game so whats up with this ? thanks

May be related to "Mipmapping makes textures lower resolution as you zoom out, this mod decreases this effect. Decreasing mipmapping may introduce noise / moiré patterns / aliasing problems." at larger scales.
I run at 4k native, no dynamic resolution (running it 4K full ultra is enough, lol), and I can't tell if the mod is running.
I'm sure it works...I just don't know if you still need it.
To answer your question from the ULOD comments if you're still curious: in the vanilla game, if you place a large prop like a parked airplane at an airport, and start zooming out, at some point the prop just disappears even though it's large enough that you should still be able to see it at that distance. AVPD tells the game to render that plane at further away distances.
I'm not a modder but I think LOD and DLOD get used interchangeably and DLOD stands for discrete level of detail. Here I think it refers to a less detailed copy of a model, to be used instead of the detailed copy of the model, when the game is rendering the model further away.
So AVPD is making sure your airplane prop is still being rendered when you zoom out while ULOD lets you choose what distance you want the game to stop rendering the detailed model and start rendering the less detailed model.
