the file is already in shortlist folder. but i cant see it when i try to import it!

You can either subscribe to the file from here or download the shortlist from the link in description. No matter if you susbscribe to the list or download the file it will be placed in Your Documents - Sports Interactive - Football Manager 2017 - shortlists . In the game go to Scouting - Player Shortlist and click load shortlist from the Shortlist menu located below the players found screen. Look at the bottom of the screen - a minor button called Shortlist

Then down the bottom there is a drop down menu "shortlist" , LOAD the shortlist :)
