My game doesn't start with it on

I started playing this a couple days, the game seems fun but why start out with no food?. I started with the barbarians and they have negative food off the bat.

This mod seems interesting, how do you revert back to patch 17 to play it.

Note: It works on version 17 of the game.

This was undoubtedly the best overhaul mod outside of DEI. The combat was epic there was a unique formation system used and Battle AI was smarter than vanilla

Well done and thank you for making this mod! Does it include making land forces only able to embark on transports at ports? And allow walls on all settlements? Or is it compatible with any mini-mods that do these things? (armies embarking on transports in the middle of nowhere all the time and no walls on cities are my biggest gripes in Rome II)

The question is: Is CA finally done with this game or is there another mod-breaking patch or DLC incoming?

The mod doesn't need to be updated. All you have to do is use the _17- patch for the game. Right click on the game in the Library select Properties select the Betas tab select Patch_17- in the drop down menu. The game will update and you will then be able to play the mod.

This mod by far and I mean by far had the best, most intelligent battle AI of any mod out there no question. I really wish this could be updated.

Don't count on it mate, all you can do is to go down to patch_17 just as I did because of mods that I wanted to play with.

I would like to have an updated mod as well, as I lost my game with new one. Please.

JaM usually updates his games, although it may take a while as he's busy in real life.
You could volunteer to help him which might increase his motivation to update it earlier rather than later.

It's not updated for the patch that just launched - last version of the mod was in December of last year.

What does Campania do? They have an army with one unit and they do nothing in Italy. Also, are there compatible mods for the animations because all I see are the 'heart attack' ones. Thanks.

I say this is a ♥♥♥♥ mod. I start a battle and the enemy units (2 units) makes my army to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rout!!!! I had 20 units and i even flanked them with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ strong cav and i still lost!

Hey, using this mod and like it a lot. Just an FYI, I was chatting with Nor_Dorgoth, the modder for Nordo Unit Cards (he does mods based on Normals unit card mods) and I tried his unit card mod along with Normals on you mod but only some of the unit cards were replaced. I used Pack file manager to look at their unit card mods and your mod and they don't have icons and masks specifically listed as per your mod. I mentoined to Dorgoth that he may have such icons as principes and triarii but they are not listed as per your mod i.e. Itali_principes.png. Anay chance you would be open to changing your unit cards to match the 3D type of the others?

I am at 196BC and becuase of expansion every faction just absolutely hates Rome. No diplomacy. No one will negotiate. I gues they are wating to be conquered?
