So I played the Last Hope player sound cue in the editor and all seemed good, so I would assume that this is just a (please excuse my complex and intricate modder jargain) weird bug.
In any case, I will install the SDK and take a further delve into this to see if the mod is at fault.
True story: I just installed the mod, doing a mission, all sounds were at their respective defaults and whatnot. Then as soon as the action starts, a deafening fanfare erupted right into my ears and I nearly threw my headset across the room. And a while later, a different track plays (without messing with the settings) and it sounded perfectly fine.
This example has actually made me appreciate the in-game version more, but im glad modders are making it possible to have these options still.
@d_valroth Yeah, I can understand why they edited the tracks and their intentions, but it felt like too muich, at least to me. Although I think that the ingame version of Outpost is pretty nice.
