Sadly, no, the original set was posted in 2013. I may have been inspired by the original watchers from the Soldier comic, as that comic was made in 2009. Quite unlikely though, as the set has no allusions or references to them. Observer just sounded cool.

You mean attaching cosmetics to the Spy's body? You'll need to use the Bone Merge tool.

These are just props and cosmetics. There are no player models in this pack.

when i use pac 3 to make the coat parts propper jiggle bones the bone at the bottom of the left leg doesnt move

Looks like you are correct, the legs of the coat aren't following the Spy's legs(among other bugs). I don't have a fix for that at the moment, but I'll add it to my todo list.

@Direct Hit!, Weird, for some reason this submission was not notifying me when people were commenting.

Well, right now, the plan is to go down the list and port anything I've made for SFM. I might also release a new Terraria boss in that time as well. I'm playing it very loose right now, so I can't confrim what will get ported and what won't at the moment.
