I totally agree. I will make a collection soon. Thanks for your suggestion :)
Awesome! My building will be for Lv3 so I'll try to make it look less wealthy.
@joeymozzer
I'm so glad to hear that they are restoring! and I agree on that so I'll keep in mind your suggestion for my future buildings ;)
Like Prosper said, it's very simple outside and amazing inside. it would be a very good addition for commercial buildings. I love the May Compnay Building the most. I have some old theaters from probably 1920s I'd love to make as well. I just have too many buildings I want to build!
@Prosper
Looking great! These are the style that I'm thinking. what Lv are you building for? The style might be a bit too fancy for Lv3 buildings?

1930s - that's what I really want! I'm doing a simple brick apartments (not less than 40 meters), this is one of them: https://1drv.ms/i/s!AmGCU_0bPMY7xZkTggq9Q7htk3eQrg
And I'd love to see more of such buildings. In my dreams to build the old aristocratic avenues:)
@joeymozzer I looked about the Bradbury building, it is amazing inside, outside is very simple. But his height is not the priority for me.
Somebody requested 3x3 or 3x4 building for Lv3 high-residential so I'm considering something like 1930s simple plain brick apartment building. Also, I'm thinking to build for Lv 3 2x2 high-res building since the vanilla one is oddly futuristic. Oh and yes! Your water tanks will be there!
Whether to expect higher building like the Devonshire?
