Odd. When I boot up the game in 1.2.1, the mod doesn't show

It's because we're using the map from that mod to create our new countries. Scalies and Aquas live in Atlantis, Furries live in Lemuria, and Avians live in Mu. It's taking a while to update because reassigning the states on the extra continents to new countries isn't easy, especially when only Atlantis is going to be one country (the Democratic Union of Aquillia-Draconia).

Can I ask why this mod requires the atlantis one??

Well, since you don't have a discussion thread quite yet, I'd like to suggest that you make it more than just mammal furries. Being a lover of scalies and aquas myself, a dragon leader could be quite fitting for the democratic furries, seeing as 1930s-'40s Democracy was often associated with capitalism and dargons are often associated with wealth (whether in a good way or a bad way isn't the point. Wealth can be acquired through many different ways, and I'd think a dragon would be the perfect leader for a furry society where anyone can become wealthy if they try).

If I planned on using the mod, yes. But I don't plan on using this mod anytime soon, so I can finish my play through as Germany.

well, im sorry. the whole generals thing is an inside joke for the fandom. All of the generals are "popufurs" or well-known people inside the fandom...
