Church Row (route 15 or something) in Bangor me, there's like 4 churches within a couple hundred feet and 2 of them are methodist. Nice mod tho and ty for mentioning the other mod.

@Faerillis It is a unique building because there wouldn't be two identical churches. But you can always use the Not So Unique Buildings mod if you really want to place it down multiple times

@toastghost73 Sorry, I am not planning to do that because there isn't any cemetary modelled with this asset and I don't want to flood the Workshop with multiple version (I already got other requests as school, park...)

Lovely Model It fits really nicely with macwelshmans uk themed residential models and as Big Bad Nonja comments the windows really do finish it off. Great work.

I understand I also dont like assets which are great in terms of stats and area influence and cost few bucks. I dont use these assets. I think you could set maitenance to 1000 and set construction cost to I dont know 250 000 - 500 0000? It is not such a problem to earn this amount of money :) Thank you for reply your church is really nice. Once I find good area and decorate it I will share screenshot with you :)

@Overlord Good point, I play with unlimited money so I don't have much of a reference. I took a similar church in size as a template and tweeked some values but it's probably not perfect. For example the initial cost is ridiculously low in comparison. Sorry about that, if I update it in the future I will fix that.

Looks great although the maintenance cost could be lower. This is relatively high if you are not playing with unlimited money.

@afazuniverse I did not make this model, I just updated an existing one (link in the description). I'm sorry but I'm not planning on making a mosque anytime soon. I might look into it but I make no promise.

@--JR-- It is a dilemna for many similar unique buildings, this category makes the more sense but sometimes we'll want to plop it multiple times... I won't make it a park but I can recommend the 'Not so Unique Buildings' mod to use unique buildings multiple times. You can also change the UI category with the 'Asset UI Category Changer' mod if you prefer.

@MrMiyagi Thank you too! The illumination Inside the Church is new as the asset was never updated for After Dark... It's not perfect (light creates some aliasing on the edges) but I hope it's good enough :)
