looking great! although you might wanna use zoeys anims on her so she doesn't walk like an ogre xD also massive fps drops, but playing in full screen seems to fix it for me

From what I have tried so far, the fps drop is less severe when played on a non-local server. i.e. I can only replicate the low fps when hosting a local game.

However, I tried tweaking the material lighting processing effect (phong, envmap, etc.) and the fps is still rather low.

This would suggest that the fps drop is related to the files themselves, in which case I am unable to pin point the exact issue. Any suggestions from experienced modders are welcome.
