I Think reloading should be three, but Aiming should range to 5 or 6. Still will be helpful for a military role play.

This is fine as it is, if you want 3 just take the Police Officer occupation instead. Otherwise plenty of traits exist to get these two stats to a lesser degree, like Shooter or Gun Nut. Mods aren't meant to be balanced to vanilla after all, don't complain if one is too strong, just look elsewhere. xD

jesus H christ maybe make it 3?? police officers are trained to deal with tons of situations and get 3 aiming and 3 reloading (as far as i remember) so a "experienced shooter" would probably have 2 and 2

As an experienced firearms enthusiast, the firearms in the game are grossly inaccurate. Even with an iron sight, scope & laser. So this will be nice.
