It gives me the dialogue with the security question, but answering it positive doesn't perform storing.
I've put it into a Cryopod, that suites as a workaround, so I could transfer one from TheIsland & Scorched Earth (this mod is active on all of my servers).
I suppose that you occupy yourself with the way mods are generally handled in ARK. This includes how to repair corrupt mod files. A mod's comment section with very little or no error description isn't the right place for support.

Then just configure how many you want that spawner to create at one time and where.
It doesn't seem that they will spawn on Fjordur. Perhaps there's a mod which adds normal Titanos, then you could add this mod lower in load order.
