been away for a bit, ive done some messing about recreating the bug and i can pretty much confirm its the [Titano platform extension] add on which i think is included in this mod which allows you to build walls both up and down on the sides of the saddle, if that's part of this mod just DONT use that! Or the too far from platform bug will be waiting for you next time servers restarted, im using this on a non dedicated server btw

Sounds like a structure limit for saddles (from vanilla setting). Do you have any other structures near or overall on the server/game that already fits to the limit?

this structure is to far from the platform, im trying to place a foundation directly on the saddle and it gives me this, anyone know how to fix? i can remove foundations that i already placed from yesterday but cant place them down again even if it try exactly from where they came from.

You need to perform a wild dino wipe to delete existing Titanos so the modded ones can spawn in their place. Previously tamed Titanos aren't affected.

does this mod when put into ark work on the titanosaur or does the titanosaur have to despawn?

I'd say it replaces the original Titanosaur
