@Orlando105 Same here, for some reason Galimim's transmissions work like sequential ones when the truck is loaded, there is no gears' skipping at all. Kinda annoying, I agree.

When using this mod simultaneously with the Mercedes MP2 & MP3 by Dotec, the trucks get completely without engine sound! Can you fix that?

Please UPDATE.. Im gettign some reds on clutch and a few others. Causing major FPS drops and crashing when itrying to switch back to default. Have to uninstall for now

I hope this mod support also Dotec's Mercedes Benz Actros MP2 and also MP3. Nowdays if i use this mod, these two Dotec's mods not have engine sound at all. And i like this mod very much, like your other Drivetrrain revision mods too!

Hello marijankmg, I am not the creator, but I asked the same question in other place and was told that the first 2 steps is the engine brake and the las 3 steps is the actual retarder. That is why you only see the brake lights on the last 3 steps. I am no expert, so, if anyone with more knowledge would like to shine a light on this subject, it would be great.

SCS has probably made new changes to the Actros trucks. Your gearboxes have the problem that the retarders do not run synchronously with the switch in the cab. Although you switch 5 levels according to the gearbox, only the last 3 are visually displayed on the retarder switch. Only with the original gears are all 5 stages shown. I tried different variants on the Actros 3 and 4 transmissions. They all show the same symptoms.



SCS has also revised the function of the trucks in the ATS, so that you do not switch a retarder but only the engine brake (jailbrake)

Since I'm a fan of your work on realism, I would be happy if you can fix / change that.

I found the problem. It is no longer compatible with Max's Sounds. This mod now includes some of Max's sounds, so the game doesn't loads them because they are duplicated. On the bright side, you only need one mod. On the dark side, you lose some sounds (basically all the interior sounds).

I think there is a problem with this update (April 20). I can no longer hear interior sounds and air gear sounds. My log says something like:

I tried it for a while but found the lag on auto box set up to be really bad. I had to use auto box as I am using an old logitech g29 driving force, no clutch. Works fine on Scania engine and box mods, and on SCS stock boxes and engines but I could hardly move at all once even a 20 ton load was on, until I was on flat straight load and had managed to get speed up.

Badges on stock truck would mean modifying the truck model itself and that would cause compatibility issues. 650Hp engine is already there for MP3

Can you add the badges on the doors on the mp3 please? and the 650hp engine?

I noticed a small bug affecting the G281R 2.733 transmission. The line suitable_for[]: "" in the transmission's file is making it impossible to select in-game.

I got red text errors in the console command, which is like exterior sound is missing, I don't remember the exact writing but it's something mean that and I don't want to rule my truck again

Do you get any errors in the log? If not, try selling the truck and buying it again.

For some reason, I still lose the exterior engine sound if I swap my engine in the service station after I use your newest capital patch V1.11 on the scs forum. I tried to put the patch above this main mod or just use the patch and it's the same. The badges do work now. I'm sure I don't have any other sound mod relate with actros mp3 but captial himself did intergrate a modified sound file in his mod I believe
