please add an fps limit, this wallpaper keeps running at 4k 240hz which makes my rtx 5080 keep running at 120w+

this wallpaper consumed 100% of the gpu usage for me. Sucks because i love this wallpaper and they clearly wont fix it

gpu usage is so high that i suspected a built in crypto miner. makes it borderline unusuable.

wallpaper is great. But 90-100% gpu usage is embrasse me. I'll start use again it if autor solve problem.

Hey man. This seems to be a recurring problem, but using this wallpaper brings my 2060 to its knees sinds yesterday. before yesterday I didn't have any problems at all. This is my favorite wallpaper at the moment so I would love it if you could help me :)

@mkvdb this makes my gpu usage spike to 50% using a 2070 super, its running at 144fps is there a way i can make it run at 30 fps i have tried a bunch of stuff and no luck.:

Looks pretty decent. Is is possilbe to reduce the usage of the GPU? Have a 1070 and ist on 50% usage for 2 Monitors. The FPS Settings are not effecting the wallpaper so i guess ist always on 60 FPS. I Think 30 FPS for a wallpaper ist enough. 50% usage for a wallpaper is way to much (in my opinion).
So i hope this will be fixed. Love this wallpaper for my minimal setup.

So, turns out, I'm an absolout ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I messed up the setup on my monitor, and it wasn't plugged into my GTX. The wallpaper wasn't the problem, sorry if I caused any confusion.

Alright, SO. The fps counter is stuck at 19. the entire pc seems to be lagging when the wallpaper is in use, but it does work now, the waves are visible and very cool. But the incredible load it seems to put on my pc is weird.

Hi guys, I've been trying very hard to fix this one, but it works in all browsers without errors and crashes the wallpaper engine gui, I even contacted the developer because it's impossible to debug when it crashes the wallpaper engine so hard you have to reopen the preview window :( I still hope to figure it out soon, I'm very sorry about this
