Hello, I think that your focus tree made a mistake by enabling Yugoslavian irredentism for all ideologies. It would make much more sense to enable it only for communists (except of Bulgaria is communist) and fascists.

maybe you could make the leader for the facist party the leader for croatia? and rename it to the croatian party? it doesnt make too much sense that they sided with croatain facists but the leader isnt the croatain one

@SKelvenger It is the point, for this mod not to be overpowered which it already is!

So the invade bulgaria focus is great but it gives you claims for all the states, not cores. So much less troops from them. Also, national unity when goign facist is digustingly low due to national spirits, like 20%. I mean, maybe that's deliberate, but still..

Something is either wrong with my game, or the mod. The road to 56 mod has this on it, and it does work, I wonder whats causing this?

@The Kriegsman Last thing i can recommend is before launching the game, click on the button to "Clear user directory", it will then proceed to redownload all your mod files

@The Kriegsman If that mod was also impacted by this problem, it's most likely a problem on your files. Maybe try to verify the game files integrity through steam and maybe unsub and resub to the mods. Cause it is clear some files are either missing and corrupted!

Usually, I playwith signal company buuf, more river crossings, Poland overhaul, light tank improvements (this was installed after I noticed this), enhanced peace conferences, expert A.I., AiO reskin pack, a mod that reduces lag by making it harder to build guns and unique infantry equipment. another thing that probably has to do with this is when I played the Zombie Horde mod, it showed the "Add." thing, might be something to do with that.

@The Kriegsman Yeah just tested some stuff and all the ideas work fine when only using this mod. Can you give me a list of the mods you're using so I can pinpoint the problem?

all of them, they just say "add.", meanwhile, the Chinese National Focus mod has modifiers that work, know anything that could cause this?

Hi, i dont have any skills in modding, but i can translate all terms in german when you what to make a german version of this mod.

@Ante Pavelić It would be a lot of work, and I mostly stopped playing the game so my time devoted to modding has diminished quite a bit. I'm mostly maintaining the mods without doing big additions at this point!

Could going down the Croatian focus tree turn yugoslavia into the Independent State of Croatia or is that not possible?

Cool, doesnt seem the dev team of HOI knew much about the topic either since they made him the leader of the unaligned party for some reason.

@Kajmak Thanks for more explanation on that subject, since i'm not super knowledgeable! But it is in my plans to revisit that side of the mod and make it right when I'll have the time :)
